NOTE: This shifter will also include an OEM plastic base from the newer 1999.5 to 2001.5 B5 A4 thus upgrading you to the newer design and eliminating your Push Down Reverse feature for better performance just like all 99.5 and up 5-speed A4s. INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING – new JHM Steel shaft with optimized length, JHM solid pivot assembly, Tig Welded Steel lower link, Delrin Bushings and all other hardware. This EARLY model also includes the late 2000 and up OEM base to upgrade you to the better more robust design. Retains stock shifter knob. Instructions are not included with the package, just use the video links below and watch prior to installing.
